At Dealnexus, we carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options and procedures for delayed, damaged or missing shipments.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on UK bank holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, product launches and other busy periods.
Orders requiring payment or address verification may take additional time.

United Kingdom Delivery Options

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Shipping charge: Calculated at checkout according to the package's weight, dimensions, delivery address and selected service.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment
Shipping charge: Calculated at checkout
Express shipping may not be available for every address, product or destination.
Selecting Express Shipping does not change the stated order-processing time unless expressly indicated during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped. They are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Certain products or services may not be available to remote locations, offshore islands or other restricted delivery areas.

If international shipping is offered, availability, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through:

Royal Mail;
Evri;
DPD;
DHL;
Parcelforce; or
Another appropriate shipping or logistics provider.

The carrier will be selected according to the package's size, weight, value, destination and chosen delivery service.

Customers cannot always select a specific carrier.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Tracking updates are supplied by the shipping carrier. Dealnexus does not control the frequency or accuracy of carrier tracking scans.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur because of:

Severe weather;
Carrier disruptions;
High seasonal shipping volumes;
UK bank holidays;
Natural disasters;
Address-verification issues;
Security or fraud checks;
Customs processing for international orders; or
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship your order within the expected processing period, we will provide notice and, where required by applicable law, give you the opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Dealnexus is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address:

Additional shipping charges may apply before the order is shipped again; or
We may refund the eligible product price after deducting original shipping costs and other non-refundable carrier charges, where permitted by law.

Orders will not be reshipped until the delivery address has been confirmed.

Changes and Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a shipping-address change or order cancellation.

We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Our Refund and Return Policy will apply after the order has been shipped, subject to your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Missed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may:

Leave it in a safe location;
Leave it with a household member, neighbour or building representative;
Deliver it to a carrier collection location;
Leave delivery instructions; or
Attempt delivery again.

Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier. Packages not collected or accepted may be returned to Dealnexus.

Additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment after an unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer's failure to collect or receive the package, where permitted by law.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check the delivery location and any designated safe place;
Check with household members, neighbours, reception staff or building management;
Confirm the shipping address on your order;
Allow up to 24 hours where appropriate, as carrier tracking information can sometimes update before the parcel is located; and
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

If the package remains missing, contact Dealnexus with your order number and tracking information. We may open an investigation with the carrier.

Refunds or replacements will depend on the circumstances, available evidence and your rights under applicable UK law.

Damaged Packages or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

Please provide:

Your order number;
A description of the damage or missing item;
Clear photographs of the exterior package;
Clear photographs of the shipping label;
Clear photographs of the internal packaging; and
Photographs or videos of the affected product.

Please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials while the claim is being reviewed. The shipping carrier may require them for inspection.

Reporting the issue within 48 hours helps us investigate the claim efficiently but does not limit any statutory or non-waivable rights available under applicable UK consumer law.

Lost Packages

A package will not automatically be treated as lost because tracking updates are delayed.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

We may need to wait for the carrier's investigation before determining the appropriate resolution, without affecting any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable for reasons not caused by Dealnexus, we may deduct applicable original shipping charges, return-carrier charges and other non-refundable costs from any eligible refund, where permitted by law.

If the delivery problem was caused by Dealnexus or the carrier, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

International Orders

Where international shipping is available:

Delivery estimates do not include unexpected customs delays;
Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges unless checkout states otherwise;
Dealnexus is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or circumstances outside our reasonable control; and
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may legally be imported into the destination country.

International shipping charges, duties and customs fees may be non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.
