At Dealnexus, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns for change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect purchases made by the customer are not accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide appropriate return instructions. Customers should not return any item without prior approval.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.
